Salon 0520 is a shared professional building. The suites are independently operated businesses, often with clients receiving services at the time of your visit.

• By appointment. Tours, leasing appointments and other visits are scheduled in advance so we can welcome you without interrupting tenant appointments.
• Privacy of others. Please do not photograph or record tenants, their clients, or their work areas. Each professional's clients have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
• Photography and filming. Commercial photography, filming, drone use and content creation inside the building require advance permission from management, and the consent of any tenant or client who would appear.
• Media and press. Contact us before visiting for a story, and we will arrange access with tenant consent.
• Courtesy. Keep voices low in shared areas, respect posted signage, and follow any direction given by staff or tenants about their suite area.

• Submitting an inquiry or a tour request does not hold a suite. A suite is secured only when an agreement is signed and any required payments are complete.
• Tour times you request are requests, not confirmations. We confirm your visit by email or phone; if the time cannot be met we will offer alternatives.
• If your plans change, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a tour so the time can be offered to someone else.
• Availability can change between your inquiry and a signed agreement. If a suite you asked about is leased, we will tell you and suggest similar options.
• Application requirements, term lengths, deposits and payment schedules are set out in the leasing documents provided during the process — ask us for the current details.
